You never leave a card in my mailbox to show attempted delivery! I have been waiting a few days for an item I paid NEXT DAY DELIVERY on that is a crucial part for my aquarium to keep my fish alive, and I finally had enough of waiting for it, so I rang around to track it and what do I find out?! It is sitting at your building waiting for me to pick it up! Please explain to me how the heck I'm supposed to even know its there if no one leaves me a card in my mailbox??? This happens constantly and when my husband or myself goes to try to pick our item up, we get grilled by the staff for not having the attempted delivery card! Maybe, just maybe you should be making your staff actually LEAVE them at the address they tried to deliver to! Not happy!
Bad customer service and rude staff
Very unorganized/rude staff, do not listen to what the customers has to say and I was receiving messages and emails stating I could pick up packages and upon getting there I get told it isent there and wait another day.Will never be using aus post again when possible.
Parcel arrived at delivering post office does not mean mount isa.its still in Townsville.sorry adam
